What channels can we cover?

At The Marketing Shop we work with clients on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest because these are what tends to suit most businesses.

Although not strictly a social network we also include Google Business Profiles.

How does Social Media Strategy work?

We’ll do an audit and update of any Social media Strategy you already have.

Alternatively, we can create a whole new Strategy for you so that you have a Blueprint to take your business forward.

The Strategy will cover an agreed period of time and may be updated at any point in the future as your business grows.

How does this sit with our other Marketing efforts?

At The Marketing Shop we’re not just about Digital Marketing or Social Media, we work offline and in more traditional areas of Marketing also. 

So, whilst this programme focuses on Social media we will look at your other Marketing activities also so that we can ensure that everything is in sync.

Will I need to spend on technology or apps?

We’ve worked across apps and software that covers every area of social media and are well-placed to advise on low cost (or free!) tools that are user-friendly and designed to help you more effectively for the long term.

Will I need content created before our sessions?

The Marketing Shop’s Debbie Ringwood is a Canva Champion, has written content for all manner of businesses and is a whizz on video creation (even if you don’t want to appear on camera!) so don’t worry you’ll be comfortable with content by the end of our sessions.

How quickly can I get started?

When you make an enquiry we’ll send you a discovery form so that we can establish some facts about your business while at the same time doing our own research on the marketplace.

On receipt of the form and signed contract we’ll then scheule a 15min call to get you up and running and to schedule our first 1:1 call by Zoom.
